Only certain devices that support live RTSP streaming of h.264 MPEG-4 video streams are supported (check you device specifications and your Mobile service provider's documentation)
This is very new, state of the art technology. The ability of your device to see these live streams will vary. Many factors including your model number, your wireless network performance, your cellular network performance, your carrier's allowed capabilities, and your device specifications will predecate whether or not you will be able to enjoy the live stream from your mobile device. On Verizon, you may need to be connected to WiFI to view the stream since Verizon is known to block RTSP streaming over 3G.
